SCORES OF RUSTING MOTORCYCLES piled on top of each other clog the side of the road along the LTO Virac field office in San Isidro Village after the confiscated vehicles were asked to removed from a vacant lot being used as temporary storage area. LTO Virac has reportedly requested its regional office to dispose of the vehicles through public bidding.
