The San Andres municipal federated Parents-Teachers Association (PTA) president, Raul S. Soneja, has been elected as president and board chairperson of the Provincial Federated PTA organization for School Year 2023-2024.
He will sit and participate in the deliberations of the Provincial School Board as PTA representative.
Aside from Soneja, the other members of the Board of Directors are Aldrin Domanais of Virac, vice chairperson; Rose Ann Torres of Viga, secretary; Arnulfo Rodriguez of Pandan, treasurer; and Engr. Ian Razal of Bagamanoc, Joven Dayawon of Gigmoto and Rafael Buendia of Bato, members.
Soneja also heads the Executive Committee, which counts as other members Aldrin Domanais of Virac as vice president, Rose Ann Torres of Viga as secretary, Francis Aquino of Panganiban as collecting and disbursing officer, Glen Dalme of Baras as auditor, and Arnel Bacus of Caramoran and Sheena Lastrella of San Miguel as business managers.
Assisting the Provincial Federated PTA in its function are DepEd Catanduanes Schools Division Superintendent Socorro dela Rosa as adviser and Senior Education Program Specialist Marife Brequillo as division PTA coordinator.
