Yet another man listed in the local police’s watch list of illegal drug personalities has been apprehended in a buy-bust operation.

According to the report of Catanduanes police provincial director Col. Paul F. Abay, joint elements of the Virac police station, Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit-Regional Intelligence Division (RPDEU-RID) and Provincial Special Operations Group-Provincial Intelligence Branch (PSOG-PIB) led by Maj. The law enforcers confiscated from his possession a medium-sized plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu, the buy-bust money, and other non-drug items.

He is now under the custody of the station pending the filing of a criminal charge for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002.
