Sometimes God sends the storm to show He is the only shelter.
Faith does not mean trusting God to stop the storm, but trusting Him to strengthen us as we walk through the storm.
We want Christ to hurry and calm the storm. He wants us to find Him in the midst of it first.
You can’t calm the storm, so stop trying. What you can do is calm yourself. The storm will pass.
You can have peace in the midst of a storm, when you know God is in control!
