THE UGNAYAN SA BARANGAY being conducted (this one is in Agban, Baras) by the provincial government in selected barangays among the 11 towns have been received warmly by residents, who avail of various services being provided by each of the 16 Capitol offices, including medical consultations, free medicines, vegetable seeds and tree seedlings, legal advice, disaster preparedness and first aid training, cash assistance and others, with Gov.
