GOV. JOSEPH C. CUA turns over to Catanduanes PNP Provincial Director PCol. Edward Quijano the symbolic key to the 6×6 truck and six motorcycles donated by the provincial government to the local police under the 2023 Peace and Order and Public Safety (POPS) Plan.
