PROJECT ATAMAN. A new youth group, Sinag Kabataan, recently launched Project Ataman aimed at promoting responsible dog ownership and road safety, especially in areas near the Calatagan Elementary School and Moonwalk road. More than 20 pet owners were given free dog kits consisting of a leash, collar, poop scooper and dog shampoo.
