TWO HUNDRED MAMA AND BABY KITS were distributed to selected beneficiaries from Virac by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) through the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) National Headquarters Health Services and the PRC Catanduanes Chapter along with partners the Virac Rural Health Unit and the MDRRMO last July 4, 2025 at Plaza Rizal. Present during the event were Virac Municipal Administrator John Socito, Municipal Health Officer Dr. Elva Joson, Medical Officer III Dr. Dianne Lauren Malvar, and PRC Catanduanes Chapter Administrator Reymund Reginaldo.
