UNDER THE P120 MILLION UPGRADING PROJECT, the entire length of the Virac port’s operational area in front of the PPA passenger terminal will be a continuous ramp for the use of Roll-On, Roll-Off (RoRo) vessels. Also set for rehabilitation is another RoRo ramp on the other side, damaged pavements and the breakwater.
