A criminal complaint for violation of the provisions of Presidential Decree 705 as amended will be filed by the Caramoran police against three residents of Sabloyon caught transporting hot lumber the other week.
Law enforcers of the station headed by officer-in-charge PMaj. Christian A. Brual were conducting Intelligence monitoring on illegal logging activities at the barangay when they spotted abaca stripper Noel Concepcion Tabuzo, 43, farmer John Albert Trinidad Idanan, 23, and Mark CJ Aguilar Tabuzo, 19, in the act of engaging in illegal logging at about 5:40 PM of Aug. 9, 2024.
The police recovered from the trio 14 pieces of good lumber and a black Kawasaki Bajaj CT 150 motorcycle.
