ROAD USERS AND TAXPAYERS ARE PERPLEXED why this still good concrete road is being torn up by a contractor of the DPWH Regional Office. According to informed sources, work on this road that was paved in 2016 is part of a P100-million contract covering access roads leading to the Virac airport.
