MEMBERS OF BATCH `79 in Virac, most of them alumni of the Catanduanes National High School, Catanduanes Colleges and Immaculate Conception Seminary Academy gathered at the compound of Mayor Samuel Laynes (back row, 8th from left) last Dec. 17, 2022 for a reunion. Several of the participants braved the rainy weather and rough seas to travel from Manila and elsewhere to the Happy Island just to attend the event.
