PLASTIC CUPS AND BOTTLES as well as food wrappers and other trash discarded by night visitors to the Virac boulevard litter the small beach at the back of the municipal compound in Salvacion every morning. The haphazardly disposed and uncollected garbage is a disheartening sight to local joggers and tourists out to enjoy the scenery along the boulevard.
