ONLY A FEW MONTHS after concrete was poured, this section of the national highway in front of the Fiat Village in Cavinitan now exhibits severe scaling of its surface likely due to the use of substandard materials or inadequate concrete mix. The road is part of an on-going P280-million contract being implemented by the DPWH regional office through GCI Construction and Development Corporation.
