A technician wanted by the Regional Trial Court in connection with a rape case voluntarily surrendered to the Virac police station last week.
Ranked No. 10 in the Most Wanted lists at the municipal, provincial and regional levels, the accused was placed under arrest by personnel of the Virac MPS headed by OIC PMaj. Kenneth Ding Gutierrez and elements of the Regional Special Operating Unit 5 (RSOU5) at noon of July 1, 2025 after he showed up at the police station in barangay San Isidro Village where he is residing.
No bail for his temporary liberty was recommended in the issuance of the warrant of arrest against him.
He is now in custody of the local police after being informed of his rights under the Constitution and brought to the Eastern Bicol Medical Center for physical and medical examination.
