San Andres police nab Hitoma farmer over case of lustful act

A 67-year-old farmer from Hitoma, Caramoran, was apprehended by elements of the San Andres municipal police station last week over a case for lascivious act filed against him before the Regional Trial Court.

Joint elements of the Regional Intelligence Division (RID)/Regional Special Operating Unit (RSOU) 5 led by PCpt. Allan B. Belen as lead unit and the San Andres police station took into custody Temoteo Burac Pantila in barangay Codon at 11 AM of Aug. 14, 2024.

The team was armed with a warrant of arrest issued by RTC Branch 43 Acting Presiding Judge Ritche R. Regala in connection with Criminal Case No. 11134 for the crime of Act of Lasciviousness in relation to Republic Act 7610 or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Law, with recommended bail at P80,000.
