2024 NSPC WINNERS. The Catanduanes delegation to the National Schools Press Conference 2024 in Carcar City, Cebu did not come home empty-handed as two school papers from the division clinched awards in their contests. Virac Pilot Elementary School’s Ang Panaguyod won the top spot in Sports Page Filipino Elementary category while Tinago Elementary School’s Ang Pithaya secured the 3rd place in Features Page Filipino Elementary.
