SOON, THIS MOBILE CLINIC will be turned over to Virac LGU headed by Mayor Samuel V. Laynes to bring health services to far-flung barangays under a global grant project of the Rotary Club of Virac and its Korean partners, the Rotary Club of Jinju Seogyeong and Rotary Club of Jinju East. It was made possible through the efforts of Immediate Past District Gov. Gina S. Sy and the Virac Rotarians led by Pres. Maria Cleofe R. Laynes and Immediate Past President Jasmin Tuplano.
