A MINI-PLAYGROUND now brings joy to pupils of Bato Central Elementary School following its turnover by the family of former Poblacion Brgy. Capt. Santiago Y. Gabionza Sr. and former Bato CES Principal Rosa T. Gabionza, Catanduanes Institute Class of 1973, Bato Central ES Class of 1969 and the Catanduanes Island Masonic Lodge No. 291 last March 8, 2024 through MASK Holdings Corp. and MASK Property Management Corp.
