A resident of Batong Paloway, San Andres is set to face eight criminal charges involving sexual offenses following his arrest last week by the police.
Elements of the San Andres police station led buy Capt. Fidel Romero apprehended Jesus Sarcia Oriniada, 57, also known as Pulange, a native of Polangui, Albay, last Jan. 23, 2023 on the basis of two warrants of arrest issued by Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 43 Presiding Judge Genie G. Gapas-Agbada for two counts of statutory rape and six counts of rape, with no bail recommended.
The police report also tagged the suspect, who was collared at sitio Pagatpatan in Codon, as a Communist Terrorist Group (CTG) supporter.
