SAN ANDRES’ CELEBRATION OF ITS FIESTA this 2022 has been made more colorful by the art exhibit mounted by local artists at the BOSS TE TESDA training center. The 10-day exhibit was a collaboration of Mayor Leo Mendoza with Rence Tatad and Chiarra Hernandez of Renzo Art Gallery, with the help of tourism officers Carmel Bonifacio and Aldrin Solero.
