Ping Lacson (3rd from right), accompanied by senatorial bet Dr, Menguita Padilla and former aide-now-PBM Robert Fernandez, paid a visit to the office of Gov. Joseph Cua on Friday, April 29, 2022 before meeting with hundreds of Catandunganons in a town hall meeting at CatSU Auditorium. It was PBM Fernandez who arranged his former boss’s visit to Catanduanes.
