A 10-MAN TEAM HAS RELIEVED the first batch of FICELCO linemen sent to Bohol province to help repair power lines of the Bohol Electric Cooperative I as part of the Task Force Kapatid contingent from Bicol sent to the Visayas in the wake of typhoon Odette late last year.
