Morales has gone on leave, designating as officer-in-charge the Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Ma. Theresa E. Sarmiento.
Several sources told this writer that Dr. Morales’ decision came during last week’s meeting of the Board of Regents (BOR).
