A TOTAL OF P130,289.00 IN FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE was awarded last week to a former member of the CPP-NPA-NDF under the DILG-administered package of the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) of the provincial government of Catanduanes to support his reintegration into society and start up his livelihood. The Jan. 14, 2026 ceremony at the Provincial Capitol was led by Gov. Patrick Alain T. Azanza as chairman of the E-CLIP Committee, together with the committee members – DILG Provincial Director Uldarico S. Razal, Jr., Catanduanes PNP Provincial Director PCol. Elmer R. Cereno, Philippine Army 83rd Infantry Battalion Commanding Officer Capt. Rommel N. Limas, as well as other provincial and police officials.
