THE LONE CANDIDATE FOR DISTRICT I, incumbent Director Romeo Santos, is proclaimed winner of the special elections to chose the representative of FICELCO member-consumer-owners in Baras and Gigmoto. The proclamation took place last Saturday, Jan. 10, 2026, immediately following the counting of votes. Qualified MCOs in Viga, Panganiban and Bagamanoc are set to choose their director this coming Saturday, Jan. 17, in the second of four special elections.
