IT WILL BE QUITE SOMETIME before the municipal government of San Miguel would be able to rehabilitate this footbridge linking sitio Gurrobat and sitio Lat-as in barangay Balatohan. The footbridge across the Bato river was destroyed by heavy flooding, the walkway torn and twisted into unrecognizable metal and its abutments scoured away.
