SELECTED PARISHIONERS of St. Isidore the Farmer Parish in Gigmoto were surprised last week when no less than the Bishop of Virac, Most Rev. Luisito A. Occiano, DD, brought gifts to their homes during the diocese’ Handog Pamasko aimed at bringing joy and support to the community during the Christmas season.
