TWELVE-YEAR-OLD VIOLINIST CHLOE PANTI became the youngest ever champion of VTC Got Talent Season 9 in the Grand Showdown of Talents and Stories at the Virac Town Center’s Metrowalk last Saturday (Nov. 22, 2025). Ably mentored by teacher Arjay Panti of Catanduanes National High School, she is the daughter of Dr. Louie Panti and Dr Franchette Amabella D. Panti.
