SAN MIGUEL RESIDENTS are wondering why the DPWH and the Capitol ENRO are allowing the quarrying of gravel at Solong river just 200 meters downstream of the bridge of the national highway in violation of quarry rules and regulations. The truck and heavy equipment allegedly belong to the subcontractor of the road rehabilitation project being undertaken by DPWH through GCI Construction from the airport runway towards Valencia.
