MORE THAN SIX MONTHS after the DPWH regional office awarded the P200-M contract for the remaining unfinished portion of the Imelda Boulevard extension, the contractor has yet to finish the bridge that would link the completed bypass road to the highway near E-Crown hotel in San Vicente, Virac. According to informed sources, the project has been subcontracted to another mainland contractor.
