Law enforcers from the San Miguel police station, the Provincial Intelligence Unit and the Criminal Imvestigatiion and Detection Group (CIDG) Provincial Field Unit arrested the No. 4 Regional Most Wanted Person last week.
The 50-year-old suspect, a widow identified only as Jerry, yielded without resistance to the police officers after he was presented with the warrant of arrest issued by Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 43 Assisting Judge Candice Guada Cresilda Cortes Almodovar-Tordilla at 2:30 PM of Feb. 15, 2025.
According to the warrant, the suspect faces four counts of statutory rape and two counts of rape, all of them non-bailable cases, for sexually abusing a minor family member from 2022 to 2024.
