TECHNICAL WORKING GROUPS (TWGs) focused on addressing climate-related hazards such as monsoons, La Niña and El Niño, as well as Post-Disaster Needs Assessment has been established by the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) in its first quarter meeting last Jan. 30, 2025 at the Office of the Governor. Intended to enhance disaster response and preparedness, additional TWGs will be formed to address man-made hazards and emerging and reemerging infectious diseases. Capitol PIU photo
