AS PART OF THE LINGGO NG KALIKASAN CELEBRATION, the provincial government headed by Gov. Joseph Cua inaugurated last week the grow-out nursery at the Capitol Farmville, which will raise the seedlings needed for Project Restore’s bid to plant one million trees in the province within five years.
