SERBISYONG MALINIS AT MABILIS. Virac Mayor Samuel Laynes, together with Vice Mayor Arlynn Arcilla, members of the Sangguniang Bayan and department/section heads attended the blessing and turnover of newly-acquired and newly-repaired vehicles of the local government: a boom truck and motorcycle for the MDRRMO; a refurbished garbage truck for the MENRO; and the repaired aircon bus for use of constituents.
