To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to appeal for justice for my beloved sister, CARMEL EUBRA, who was tragically murdered two years ago on May 24, 2022 by a riding in tandem in Oceanview Subdivision, Virac Catanduanes. Her death has left an indelible void in our family, and we continue to struggle with the profound loss each day.
Despite the time that has passed, our hope for justice remains steadfast. The person responsible for this heinous act has yet to be held accountable, and this lack of resolution compounds our grief.
CARMEL was a cherished daughter, sister, and friend. She brought joy, love, and light into the lives of everyone who knew her. The abrupt and violent end to her life has shattered our hearts, and we are compelled to seek justice on her behalf.
We urge the authorities and the community to not let her case go cold. Every piece of evidence, every witness, and every possible lead must be pursued with unwavering determination. We believe that someone out there holds the key to uncovering the truth and bringing the perpetrator to justice.
We believe that there are critical areas of the case that require renewed attention and resources. It is in this context that we urgently seek the support of the new Chief of Police, Virac MPS PMaj Emsol E. Icawat support and intervention to ensure that justice is served. We respectfully request the following actions:
- A thorough review of the case files.
We believe that a fresh perspective from an experienced investigator could uncover new leads or overlooked evidence.
- Allocation of additional resources.
More personnel and advanced forensic technologies may be necessary to solve the case.
- Increased public awareness.
Utilizing media and community outreach can help in gathering new information from potential witnesses who may have crucial information.
Our family is committed to seeing justice done for CARMEL. We are willing to assist in any way possible, and we implore anyone with information to come forward. No matter how small or insignificant it may seem, it could be crucial in solving this case. We ask the law enforcement agencies to renew their efforts and prioritize this investigation, ensuring that no stone is left unturned.
Justice for CARMEL is not just about finding and prosecuting the individual responsible for her murder; it is about restoring some semblance of peace to our family and honoring the memory of a life taken too soon. It is about reaffirming our collective commitment to justice and the principle that no crime should go unanswered.
The pursuit of justice for CARMEL is not just about our personal grief; it is about ensuring that no other family must endure the same pain and that the perpetrator is held accountable.
Please help us in our quest for justice. CARMEL deserves it, and so do all who loved her.
Sincerely,
Vicente Eubra
Brother of Carmel Eubra
