Former Panganiban Vice Mayor and now barangay chairman Tito V. Villamor completed the roster of Sangguniang Panlalawigan members with his election as president of the Liga ng mga Barangay provincial chapter last Friday, Jan. 12, 2024.
Virac Mayor Samuel V. Laynes administered the oath to ex-officio Provincial Board Member Villamor and the other elected Liga officers at the Legislative Hall.
Other Catanduanes LnB officers are Honesto V. Lumabi of San Andres, vice president, and Paulo J. Camacho of Gigmoto, auditor.
The Board of Directors is composed of Jose T. Tianela of San Miguel, Philbert Rojas of Bato, Ryan C. Bonayon of Bagamanoc, Danilo A. Romero of Virac, Olfindo T. Gerardo of Viga, Trinidad R. Solomon of Pandan, Roisa A. Rodelio of Caramoran, and Edgar E. Tenorio of Baras.
