Sorsogon Governor Edwin “Boboy” Hamor and his group of entertainers will be in town a day ahead of the 4th Pasalinggaya sa Virac Raffle Bonanza to be held at Plaza Rizal Covered Court this coming Saturday, Dec. 9, 2023 at 3 PM.
He will be joined on stage by Governor Joseph “Boboy” Cua, Vice Governor Peter “Bos Te” Cua and Mayor Samuel Laynes for the raffle and entertainment extravaganza that promises several millions of pesos in prizes, including motorcycles, home appliances and cash, for lucky islanders.
The event comes before the annual Christmas Cheers begins the following day, Sunday, Dec. 10, at the same venue at 6 PM.
A brief opening program will be spearheaded by Bishop Manolo delos Santos and Mayor Laynes, along with representatives of the sponsors of the 19-day Yuletide celebration, with the theme: “Mahuyong Puso, Ugat ning Matoninong asin Maogmang Buhay.”
