MORE THAN TWO YEARS AFTER STY ROLLY tore off its roof, the Nuestra Senora dela Asuncion church in Calatagan Proper in Virac is on its way to being rehabilitated despite being hampered by lack of funds. The restoration effort, which will cost an estimated P9 million, is being funded by donations from the faithful and the Diocese of Virac.
