THIS BADLY RUTTED FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD in Virac needs government funding for its rehabilitation so it would serve its purpose: to link barangay Casoocan with Igang and serve farmers and at least two eco-tourism sites in the Casoocan area, one of which is now drawing nature lovers on a regular basis.
