The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Catanduanes Provincial Statistical Office continues to bring National ID services closer to the public through its ongoing co-location with the Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport (UPLIFT) Assistance Program and the PhilHealth YAKAP Caravan, ensuring that beneficiaries can conveniently access government services in one venue.
Following the successful deployment of National ID mobile services during the UPLIFT cash assistance payout in Virac on 20–21 July 2026, PSA Catanduanes will continue its collaboration with partner agencies during the August 2026 UPLIFT payout and PhilHealth YAKAP Caravan across various municipalities in Catanduanes.
As an integrated relying party of the National ID System, PSA Catanduanes will provide National ID registration, updating and correction of demographic information, issuance of the Paper National ID, and authentication to beneficiaries. These services aim to ensure that clients can conveniently access their National ID while availing of government assistance and social protection programs.
The August UPLIFT payout is expected to serve 10,210 beneficiaries province-wide, while the PhilHealth YAKAP Caravan will bring frontline health insurance services directly to communities. Through this continued co-location, beneficiaries can complete multiple government transactions in a single visit, reducing travel time and making public services more accessible.
This initiative demonstrates the continued commitment of PSA Catanduanes to strengthen inter-agency collaboration and expand National ID coverage while supporting the efficient, secure, and inclusive delivery of government programs and services.
