RESIDENTS OF GIGMOTO will be the beneficiaries of a disaster resiliency project funded by a Spanish non-government organization based in Madrid whose officials met last week with Gov. Joseph Cua and Mayor Vicente Tayam Jr. to discuss proposed projects aimed at enhancing the community’s disaster preparedness.
