TECH4ED CENTER AT THE SP. The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) last week launched its Digital Transformation Center TECH4ED at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Legislative Building. DICT Regional Director Rachel Ann Grabador (right) turned over 10 personal computer units with one printer and a set of CCTV to the provincial government through Governor Joseph Cua, seen here beside DICT Provincial Director Mario John Gonzales. The center will be utilized in wide-ranging digital education drives to benefit students, employees, and community peers and advance cyber literacy among Catandunganons.
